Shepherd's pie is a casserole with a layer of cooked meat and vegetables, topped with mashed potatoes, and baked until the mashed potatoes are well browned. Beef is used in Bridget's recipe instead of a traditional lamb. Served with soda bread, made fresh daily.

Golden ale battered pollock, two 3-4 ounce fillets, served with Bridget's Pub Chips (fries), tarter sauce, a wedge of lemon and malt vinegar.

Entrée sized salad of rich greens, fruit of the season, salad vegetables, house-made croutons, feta cheese and your choice of dressing: Ranch, Honey Mustard, Italian, French, Blue Cheese, and Raspberry Vinaigrette. Served with soda bread (white or wheat), made fresh daily.
