Getting around
Using Menu-all
No. Menu-all is free to read and there is nothing to sign up for. Restaurant owners don't need an account to claim a page either - the claim form is enough.
No. Menu-all is a reference site - we don't take orders, reservations or payments, and we can't check availability. Use the phone number on the restaurant's page and contact them directly.
Where a restaurant publishes one, the PDF sits on the menu page with buttons to open or download it. The HTML menu on the same page is the version we keep most up to date; the PDF is a reference copy and may be older.
We add restaurants as menus are collected, location by location. If one you'd expect is missing, tell us through the contact form - and if it's your own restaurant, the claim form adds it directly.
Accuracy
Menus & prices
Every menu page shows the date it was last checked, so you can judge for yourself. Prices, seasonal dishes and availability all change between checks - treat the figures as a guide and confirm with the restaurant before ordering.
Because the restaurant doesn't publish a fixed price for it - usually seafood or a premium cut that moves with supply. Ask when you order.
No - please don't. Dish descriptions and tags such as “vegan" come from the restaurant's published menu and can't account for recipe changes, substitutions or shared kitchen equipment. Always speak to staff directly about allergens. See the disclaimer.
We publish what the restaurant publishes, and nothing more. If the source menu lists a dish by name only, that's how it appears here - we don't invent descriptions or estimate prices.
They reflect the restaurant's regular published hours. Public holidays, private events and short-notice closures won't show up, so call ahead if a wasted journey would matter.
Restaurant owners
Claiming and updating a page
Fill in the claim form with your restaurant name, city and a work email. We verify that you represent the business, then hand over control of the listing. It's free and usually takes two to three working days.
By matching your email domain, phone number or website against the details published for the business. If none of those line up, we call the number listed for the restaurant.
Claiming is free, and there is no promoted placement on Menu-all. Claiming makes your page accurate; it doesn't move you up any list.
Email the new PDF, a link or a document to owners@menu-all.com. We type it up and publish it, usually the same working day.
Yes. Choose “Request removal of a listing" on the contact form, writing from an email connected to the business, and tell us which page to take down.
Let us know and we'll update or close the page. Marking a closed restaurant as closed matters as much as adding a new one - send it through the contact form.
Data, privacy & corrections
Where the information comes from
Public sources - restaurant websites, published PDF menus, and material restaurants send us directly. About Menu-all describes the full process.
Use the contact form and choose “Report outdated or incorrect info". Include a link to the page and the exact dish or field that's wrong. Most corrections are published within one to two working days.
From public sources, shown for context only. Menu-all doesn't collect reviews, doesn't score restaurants and doesn't rank them.
Very little: aggregate analytics about which pages are visited, plus whatever you type into a form when you write to us. There are no accounts and no advertising profiles. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Not by scraping or bulk copying - see the Terms of Use. For a specific use, ask us first through the contact form and we'll tell you what's possible.

A person reads every message
If none of the above covers it, write to us. Menu corrections are usually live within a day or two; everything else gets a reply within five.
